Core professional email.
Email + productivity.
Maximum control and sync.
Maily is designed so your domain can be migrated cleanly with verified DNS records and authenticated sending.
Select Basic, Professional or Enterprise. Orders are completed through the Unitech billing portal.
Add the verification record requested by the Maily/Unitech panel, then confirm verification before changing mail routing.
Back up existing DNS and remove old mail-provider MX/SPF/DKIM/DMARC records that conflict with Maily. Then add the Maily records below.
Create user mailboxes, assign quota/role, set passwords, and add aliases such as sales@, support@ or hello@ as required.
Use secure webmail, IMAP/SMTP, or ActiveSync on supported Enterprise accounts. Test inbound/outbound mail before final cutover.
Use the records below after your domain has been verified in Maily.
| Type | Host / Name | Priority | Value / Target | Purpose |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| MX | @ | 10 | mx01.qboxmail.com | Primary inbound mail |
| MX | @ | 20 | mx02.qboxmail.com | Secondary inbound mail |
| TXT | @ | — | v=spf1 include:spf.qboxmail.com mx a -all | SPF sender authorization |
| CNAME | Generated by Maily | — | Generated DKIM target | DKIM signing |
| TXT | _dmarc | — | v=DMARC1; p=none; | DMARC starting policy |
Publish one SPF TXT record only. If another SPF record already exists, replace or correctly merge it instead of publishing multiple v=spf1 records.
In the Maily Control Panel open Domain → Security → Enable DKIM. Copy the generated CNAME exactly into your DNS zone, then return to the panel and verify it.
Start with monitoring mode, confirm legitimate sources pass SPF/DKIM alignment, then move to quarantine or reject when ready.
After updating DNS, allow time for cache/TTL propagation. Verify MX, SPF, DKIM and DMARC from the panel and perform both inbound and outbound test messages.
Your personalized settings are available from Webmail under Settings → Parameters → Device Configuration.
